Zana Busby is an experienced psychologist, keynote speaker, and author; having spent over 20 years studying and practising psychology by focusing on common mental health conditions and also consumer psychology.
Her approach to treatment is human-centred and goal-oriented, using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), clinical hypnotherapy, and mindfulness as primary therapeutic modalities to help people who experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and also people who need help with weight management and stopping bad habits.
Zana is also a consumer and business psychologist offering insights into decoding the mind of the consumer based on cognitive-behavioural science. Her main focus is on the role emotions, cognition, mood and gender differences play in shaping and influencing the customer journey and consequently consumer buying decisions and behaviour.
She is author of the self-empowerment book Life Equilibrium.
