When we let our emotions take over, it can be either good or bad. Relying on our emotions allows us to experience self-awareness and build a healthy connection with other. However, if we allow our emotions to run our lives, it could lead to a host of personal issues including anxiety and depression.
Let’s focus on the impact of negative emotions that can bring to our lives and how we can effectively deal with them.
Does any of this ring a bell?
- You easily get angry over trivial things
- Someone or something triggers a negative feeling within you, for example, anger, blame or jealousy
- You do not know how to free yourself from a negative emotion that keeps on recurring and ruining your life: your health, your relationships, and your professional development.
It is time to find the right solution to clear these toxic and negative emotions from your subconscious mind.
How can we find a solution to this type of issues?
The best advice I can give you is that you need to become aware of the charged emotions that you carry deeply in your subconscious mind. You know the discomfort that you feel in your intimate or social relationships. You might even be aware how these negative emotions impact your health and well-being, but you are still unable to find a way out of this discomfort. On the contrary, the problems seem to get bigger and deepen from day to day.
Well, let me give you a little background information to help you detoxify your mind from this negativity. Our negative emotions are trapped in our subconscious mind. They have been planted there in earlier times when we were children and did not have the resources to cope with some stressful situations. We were not able to sort out the events and things that happened to us. We simply gave them a meaning relying on the knowledge we had as a child. These stored negative thoughts, emotions and decisions live in our subconscious minds and attract similar negative energies until they become a vortex of blocked emotions. The evidence of this can manifest through our physical body as ailments or pain or it can be seen by the surroundings we live in and our life situation.
Where is the solution to this?
Charged emotions include both positive and negative emotions. The best advice I can give you is to integrate the fear, anger, blame, resentment, hate, jealousy, sadness and grief you carry deep within yourself. On the other hand, if you cling to being overly proud or feeling superior you can also approach integrating these positive emotions as well. These emotions, both positive and negative is the reason why you tend to react to problems and difficulties, create a drama or are simply unable to say ‘no’ when necessary. The first step would be to develop the capacity to give yourself attention and shift the focus from outward experiences toward your inner state of being. You simply need to activate your adult-self and nurture your child-self.
Do not carry the charge
If you have ever experienced situations where you get triggered and fall into a bias, both positive and negative, this might be a sign that you might be alienated from your emotions and need to approach their integration. You need to bring the willingness to work out strategies for managing your emotions. This is what I call taking responsibility for your own emotional development. This will allow you to figure out what is going on within yourself and approach the integration of your emotions.
This, in turn, means that you are beginning to develop your emotional intelligence. Here lies the key that opens the gateway toward healthier, intimate, professional and social relationships, better health and happier, more balanced life.
Doctors and medicine treat the effects of ailments. PEAT (Primordial Energy Activation and Transformation) treats the causes of problems and ailments. It helps you access your emotional signatures by means of felt perception, peeling layer by layer of charged emotion until you get to the core and integrate the charged emotion with its polarity. Lasting positive changes are the consequence.
PEAT lets you stop and feel. You can allow yourself to be guided by a certified PEAT practitioner, like myself during the process of integration of your polarised or charged emotions. Your job is to only feel and integrate so that you can come out pure and cleansed from the causes of your problems.
Introducing PEAT is an energetic psychological tool for integration of polarised emotions. It is, of course, recommended to be guided by a professional but you can also try to do this by yourself. When you feel you need to allow, accept, and surrender to what is. Feel authentic and welcome both the good and the bad experiences. They are all our teachers.
Make it your intention to get better at feeling – not to feel better
So go ahead and try this process for yourself, by yourself. If you feel you need some guidance and assistance, I will be happy to help. Just drop me an email or leave your comment below so that we can connect and take care of the issue that you are facing.
